Who operates this website
AutoDigda is an early-stage initiative based in Indonesia, not yet incorporated as a PT. Contact requests can be made through the contact page. A verified privacy contact address must be configured by the operator before accepting inquiries.
Contact form information
When submitted, the form sends your name, email address, optional organization, inquiry category, message, and consent to the same-origin contact endpoint. The endpoint remains unavailable until the operator configures an email service and a recipient. No submission is saved by the frontend.
Purpose and processors
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry. Once enabled, the configured email provider and recipient mailbox process the message. The operator must identify these providers and review their terms before launch. Information is not sold or used for advertising by this implementation.
Spam protection and hosting logs
The contact endpoint checks a honeypot field and form completion timing. When configured, it stores a keyed hash of the source IP and request timestamps in private rate-limit files; raw IP addresses are not written by the endpoint. The hosting provider may separately retain IP addresses and request metadata in access logs under its settings.
Cookies, storage, and analytics
This implementation sets no cookies, uses no persistent browser storage, embeds no external media, and includes no analytics. The selected language is represented by the URL. If analytics or external embeds are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated.
Retention, access, and deletion
Rate-limit records older than one day are removed on subsequent configured requests. Inquiry retention in the receiving mailbox must be defined by the operator before launch. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact page once available; applicable obligations require legal review.
